Founder’s Membership New Park Opening Voucher Terms & Conditions 

1. Nature of this Voucher

This voucher may be redeemed for one month of “Elite”-tier membership at the Sky Zone® indoor trampoline park to be located at 6148 Hwy 6 North Houston, TX 77084 (the “Location”) at a special promotional rate of fifty percent (50%) off the regular cost of an “Elite”-tier membership. Purchasing this voucher alone does not constitute enrollment in a membership program, nor does it initiate any form of automatic or recurring billing; however, if you enroll in the membership program as described in Section 2 below, you will be charged a promotional “Founder’s Membership ” rate each month so long as your membership remains active and in good standing at the Location.

2. Activation and Membership Enrollment; Voucher Expiration

This voucher may only be redeemed in-person at the Location. To enroll in the Location’s “Elite”-tier membership program at the promotional “Founder’s Membership” rate, you must:

• Agree to the Location’s then-current form of Membership Agreement; and 

• Affirmatively consent to automatic and recurring monthly membership payments, which will begin thirty (30) days following your redemption of the voucher, by checking a box acknowledging such recurring billing terms.

For purposes of clarity, upon completing the registration process, the value of the voucher will constitute payment for your first month of “Elite”-tier membership at the Location. You will not incur any recurring monthly membership payments until thirty (30) days after you have presented the voucher for redemption at the Location and completed the membership enrollment process to activate your Founder’s Membership . In completing the membership enrollment process, you will be required to acknowledge that your membership will automatically renew for successive one-month terms unless and until it is cancelled. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary during the membership enrollment process, your first automated payment will commence on the date that is thirty (30) days after your date of enrollment and, upon the date of each automatic monthly renewal, the  Membership  promotional rate, plus any then-applicable taxes, fees, and charges will be charged to your payment method on file.  

You acknowledge that if you do not want your membership to renew, you must cancel it at least three (3) business days before the next automatic renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account through the online membership portal and using an automated self-cancel feature or by contacting the Location directly to initiate the cancellation process; provided, however, cancellation of your Founder’s Membership  will result in the permanent forfeiture of the promotional rate and buddy pass benefit as further described in Section 3 below. Instructions on creating a membership account and accessing the online membership portal will be automatically sent to the email account you provided in connection with the membership enrollment process. 

Failure to redeem the voucher and complete the membership enrollment process within sixty (60) days following the Location’s opening date will result in the expiration of both the voucher and your ability to enroll in the Location’s “Elite”-tier membership at the promotional Founder’s Membership  rate.  Lastly, please be advised you must complete and sign a new waiver at the Location, even if you have previously completed and signed a waiver for a different location. 

3. Buddy Pass Benefit; Forfeiture of Benefits Upon Cancellation
The Founder’s Membership includes a complimentary 120-minute buddy pass benefit, allowing you to bring one guest to the Location one time each month to jump for free. This benefit is valid only while your Founder’s Membership remains active and in good standing. If you cancel your Founder’s Membership , you will permanently forfeit your promotional Founder’s Membership rate and this buddy pass benefit. For clarity, if you cancel your Founder’s Membership and later choose to reenroll in any membership program at the Location, the Location’s then-current monthly membership rates, program tiers, and other limitations will apply. Unused buddy passes do not roll over to the following month and will automatically expire if not used any month. 

4. Estimated Opening Date
The Location is projected to open on or around 12/9/2025 (subject to change).   

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subject to the expiration policies set forth in Section 2 above, you may request a full refund of the voucher purchase price for any reason at any time prior to the Location’s opening date or before you have redeemed the voucher for use at the Location. After redeeming the voucher and enrolling in the membership program, the Location’s standard membership terms and cancellation policies will apply with respect to the membership program and your recurring monthly membership payments as further described in Section 2.  

6. Limitations  

• One voucher per guest 

• Voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be redeemed at the Location identified above. 

• This voucher does not guarantee access to promotional upgrades or other special offers not explicitly stated herein. 

• SkySocks® are required to jump and sold separately. 

• Access to the Location is subject to availability, capacity limits, and operating hours. Attractions may be closed for maintenance. 

• A Founder’s Membership  does not entitle you attend to special events, private parties, or other programs unless otherwise specified.
