Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers. We do not allow downgrades on the day of the party. You have up until the day before the party to make changes. You are reserving capacity in our park and thus blocking others from booking when reserving, therefore no downgrades on day of are permitted.

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

All ages are welcome.

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

For. Sure. If your party is during the week you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $50 or 60 minutes of jump time for $100 to any of our party packages. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.

Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount. Membership must be active through party date. Elite+ Members can book a party package and have a free 5 additional guests to any full priced package. We do not allow combined discounts.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date. Notice of less than 7 days will automatically forfeit their deposit.
