Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

Only one of our rooms are at ground level and the remaining are located on the 2nd floor. When booking, if you require ground floor please notify the Team Member while creating the reservation or you can email us. Rooms are booked on a first-come basis for reservations and 1st floor rooms are not guaranteed based on the timing of your booking date. We will do our best to assist with accommodations.

All ages are welcome.

All your guests will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

All Jumpers and Observers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here: Waiver

Yes, for sure but it is available based on capacity at that timeslot. The additional jump time for birthday parties is discounted for your benefit.

This must be arranged in advance through your event coordinator prior to your event at 762-253-3855 or Event.Columbus-GA@skyzone.com for an additional cost per jumper.

Yes, with Elite Membership it has a 20% discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

A minimum of 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online, or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount due.

Any parties/events require a 7-day notice on cancellations prior to event date. Any cancellations not made 7 days prior to event date can receive a refund in the form of a gift card.
