Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes! You are able to add additional jumpers any time up until check-in!

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests should arrive 15 minutes before your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

Yes! You can add additional jump time at any point throughout the duration of your party!

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking as a deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund to your original payment method. 
  • Partial Refund: Cancel prior to the week of your party and receive your refund in the form of a Sky Zone gift card. 
  • No Refund: Cancellations made during the week of your party are not eligible for a refund.

Need to reschedule?
 We’re happy to move your party to a new date within one year at no extra charge. However, the original refund policy still applies — if canceled after rescheduling, the refund will be issued as a Sky Zone gift card.

Policies & Cancellations

A Sky Zone Kids Birthday Party

Party Time Check-In – Check-in begins 30 minutes before your scheduled party time. This allows us to complete the check-in process smoothly and ensure your group gets the full jump experience without delays!

Decorations –  We provide all the essentials for your party, including plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.

You’re welcome to bring your own decorations! Just keep in mind:
 🚫 No piñatas, silly string, confetti, glitter, or fog machines are allowed.

Each party room includes three picnic-style tables, so feel free to bring tablecloths if you’d like.

You may hang decorations on the walls, but we kindly ask that you use painter’s tape or basic Scotch tape to avoid damaging the paint.

Food Policy

While your party includes pizza and drinks provided by us, you’re welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, and ice cream at no additional charge.

Additional outside food is permitted with a $50 outside food fee, as long as:

  • It is not in a crockpot
  • It does not require heating or cooking on-site
  • It is not served using electric appliances or open flame devices

We offer access to refrigeration and freezer space to keep your items cool or frozen until your party room time begins.
